Hazard Statements (H-codes)

H315 – Causes skin irritation
H317 – May cause allergic skin reaction
H318 – Causes serious eye damage
H335 – May cause respiratory irritation
H350i – May cause cancer by inhalation (crystalline silica)

Precautionary Statements (P-codes)

P260 – Do not breathe dust
P272 – Contaminated work clothing should not be allowed out of workplace
P305+P351+P338 – IF IN EYES: Rinse with water for 15 min; seek immediate medical attention

First Aid Measures (Section 4)

👁 Eye Contact
Flush immediately with large amounts of water for at least 20 minutes. Seek immediate emergency care — wet cement causes progressive chemical burns.
🖐 Skin Contact
Flush with large amounts of water. Remove contaminated clothing, shoes, and tools. Cement burns develop slowly — do not dismiss initial mild irritation. Seek medical attention.
🫁 Inhalation
Move to fresh air. Wear N95 or P100 for dusty operations. Long-term silica exposure causes irreversible silicosis.
🫦 Ingestion
Rinse mouth. Give water. Call Poison Control (1-800-222-1222). Seek medical attention.

Storage & Handling

🔒 Storage & Handling: Store in dry location away from moisture. Keep bags sealed. Use within 6 months of manufacture. Wear respiratory protection when handling dry cement.
